Tips & Guides
Not all cleaning methods are equal. There are two general methods — Soft Washing and Pressure Washing. As a general rule, soft washing is usually suited to house exterior surfaces, sidings, walls and most vertical surfaces. Pressure washing in general is suited to hard wearing surfaces with high impact traffic such as concrete paths, driveways, stone, pavers and the likes. Some surfaces such as various decks require a combination or alternative methods. Likewise for specialist stains, different methods are used. The best advice is to call and discuss at no charge the likely best solution for your circumstances.
Mould on your roof is far more than cosmetic — a biocide treatment is applied, which kills remaining spores and creates a barrier that prevents regrowth for years.
